We talk a lot about what we would like to achieve in life. And sometimes everything remains at the stage of reasoning. We forget that to achieve any results you need to be able to sacrifice something. Even a simple jogging requires you to use your free time, makes you get out of bed early in the morning, and refuse to meet friends or family in the evening. We all want to be in good shape, to feel a charge of energy and strength, to be beautiful, healthy and slim. But only when we replace the word “want” with the word “necessary” and discard all excuses, only in this case we will feel our ability to do something, develop an iron willpower and rejoice that we are capable of more than we thought.
There are many motivations for doing sports. This is the achievement of success, the opportunity to be yourself, in sync with nature, and a huge opportunity for growth and development, when you no longer feel like a simple gray biomass, but a biologically active person living a diversified life.
Do you want to achieve success? Say yes to yourself and do it! Then it will be easier for you to fight drowsiness, laziness, fear, anger and indecision. Let's live for what we do. And I will be happy if my little example becomes for someone a great motivation in wanting to change your life for the better, believe in yourself, challenge yourself and succeed.
