During his business visit to Moscow, August 12, 2019, representatives of the “Global Aviation Forum” (GAF) met with Mr. Andrei Neguta, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova in the Russian Federation.
During the discussion, it was emphasized the intention of the GAF to cooperate with the companies and agencies of the Russian Federation, active in the field of civil aviation, in particular with the Federal Agency of Air Transport under the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation (Rosaviation). The purpose of this collaboration is to promote the Republic of Moldova in the Eurasian area by attracting potential investments in civil aviation. At the same time, the intention of creating an innovative HUB in the respective field was brought to the attention.
"It is very important to establish a cooperation between all the structures of the state for the realization of projects of major national importance for restarting of civil aviation in the Republic of Moldova," said Mr. Ion Vinaga, vice president of the GAF.
In his turn, Mr. Andrei Neguta, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova in the Russian Federation, welcomed all the intentions and plans of the GAF and promised the support and direct involvement in the process.
