The collaboration agreement was signed today, December 13, 2018, by Mr. Nicu Danilov, Director "Amirah Invest" SRL, and Mr. Viorel Bostan, Rector of the Technical University of Moldova.
During the meeting several aspects of possible cooperation were discussed, starting from the main activities of the company and the possibilities offered by the only technical higher education institution in Moldova.
A great deal of attention has been paid to the issue of food security, which exists when all people at all times have physical and economic access to safe and nutritious foods that meet the human nutritional needs of the human body to lead a healthy and active life. In this context, the creation of an innovative logistics center would be a great opportunity for the country as it would bring together all the stages of the processing of agricultural products in one place and thus affect the quality of the products, due to the innovative technologies and the latest generation equipment installed.
At the same time, of a great importance would be creation of an advanced IT research center within TUM, which would enable the consolidation of young IT specialists, the training of private sector cadres and public agencies in the field of cyber security, artificial intelligence, nanotechnologies. "Having a valuable academic and scientific potential aiming at obtaining a qualification level of specialists oriented towards European standards, the Technical University can become a reliable partner in everything we want to achieve," said Mr. Nicu Danilov.
On behalf of "Amirah Invest" SRL, Mr. Ion Vinaga, the founder of the company, also participated in the meeting. He considered the signing of this agreement as a start of an effective collaboration not only for private companies. "The future of a country is in the hands of young people, they are the determining force of society. We have many talented young people and we want to create conditions for them here, at home. We will encourage the involvement of young people in different volunteers in order to be able to demonstrate their capacities and the sciences accumulated during the years at the TUM, " said Ion Vinaga.
