The team of "I AM FUTURE" Foundation, headed by the President, Ion Vinaga, and Executive Director, Igor Serotila, supported the civic movement "Hai Moldova" in launching the national campaign for electronic waste collection on September 14-15, at IarmarEco.
“With our participation, we want to demonstrate the importance of these joint efforts to make our country cleaner, so that all people, from young to old, can realize how harmful this waste is, if not properly collected or stored for years in our homes,” said Ion Vinaga.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, who came with a message of support and encouragement to all citizens to participate actively in the collection of this waste.
Within a brief meeting with Mr. Ion Vinaga, an exchange of views was held on a possible collaboration between the Foundation and the Government in the social, cultural, economic and scientific field, in creating different projects and attracting investments for their realization. At the same time, an official meeting was planned to discuss these issues.
The campaign will last until October 15, and during this period everyone is expected at those 80 waste collection points in Chisinau, as well as in other districts of the country.
“I AM FUTURE” Foundation will continue to promote a healthy lifestyle, personal hygiene, ecology and preventive medicine, making together the key to a healthy and effective nation.
