"AMIRAH INVEST" SRL signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova

On 20 December 2018, during the visit to ASEM, "Amirah Invest" SRL, headed by its founder, businessman Mr. Ion Vinaga, signed a strategic collaboration agreement. On behalf of the ASEM, the agreement was signed by the Rector of the institution, Mr. Grigore Belostecinic.

Mr. Ion Vinaga said that the selection of the Academy of Economic Studies as a business partner was not an accidental one. During the years, ASEM became the main and for the moment the only economic institution in the country, representing a modern university complex. "We live in a period of change, the period of  industrial revolution 4.0. Many companies face challenges at the level of culture, vision, or digital skills to begin the digitization and automation process. We want to develop educational capacities to promote changes. It has become more necessary to involve economic science and IT companies in the development of educational capacities," Mr. Ion Vinaga said.

In his turn, Mr. Belostecinic, referred to the fact that in the activity of the institution a special importance is given to the collaboration relations with other institutions and research centers: "We are convinced that by joint efforts with our new partner we can promote the national interest: developing the country's economic potential".

Mr. Nicu Danilov, CEO of "Amirah Invest" SRL, who signed this agreement, stressed that at the moment we need an economic science that would faithfully and deeply reflect the present and future realities of the country. "There is a need for closer collaboration between universities, research institutions, economic agents. Representing the IT field, we have great plans to collaborate with ASEM's Cybernetics, Statistics and Economic Informatics Faculty. It is our common duty to concentrate our efforts, to achieve our own success and thus to make general success", Mr. Danilov concluded.
